Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Plans, organizes, and facilitates training sessions for associates focused on skill development, workplace expectations, safety, and professional development.
Develops training materials, guides, and instructional content, including Ticket to Work (TTW) documentation standards, case note requirements, contract requirements, and Performance Work Statements.
Documentation & File Management
Maintains complete, organized, and compliant participant records in accordance with internal policies and external requirements, including SSA Ticket to Work (TTW).
Ensures timely data entry, case notes, and documentation to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for all vocational programs
Manages required documentation for DDSN, SourceAmerica/AbilityOne, Ticket to Work (SSA) and other vocational programs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensures TTW participant files include all required documentation, including but not limited to:
o Ticket assignment verification
o Informed Choice and EN Services Agreement
o Signed Releases of Information (ROI)
o Individual Work Plans (IWPs) and updates
o Employment verification and pay documentation
Oversees digital and physical record systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SSA confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.
Maintains training records for associates and ensures completion of required trainings.
Develops and maintains a dashboard or tracking tool that captures TTW participant progress and IWP benchmarks to support data-driven monitoring and decision-making.
Participant Support & Case Coordination
Conducts intake interviews, orientation steps, and safety briefings for new program participants and associates.
Verifies Ticket to Work eligibility and enrollment in coordination with SSA systems and internal staff.
Assists individuals in identifying employment goals and developing action plans aligned with the TTW Individual Work Plans (IWPs)
Monitors participant engagement and progress, ensuring ongoing monthly contact and documentation as required by SSA guidelines.
Communicates with supervisors, vocational staff, job coaches, and leadership to share progress updates, address barriers, and support participant needs.
Employment & Community Engagement
Develops and maintains employer partnerships to expand work-based opportunities.
Collaborates with Job Coaches to support worksite placements, coordinate documentation, and communicate with stakeholders.
Conducts site visits as needed to observe performance, provide coaching, and gather feedback.
Program Support & Compliance
Completes reporting requirements for Ticket-to-Work, SCVIA, OIDD Services, and other employment initiatives.
Monitors participant progress across all programs and identifies barriers, escalating concerns to leadership as needed.
Supports ongoing program improvement efforts, including quality assurance, internal reviews, and corrective actions.
Performs regular reviews of TTW and ISP data to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with SSA and regulatory requirements.
Ensures participant files are audit-ready and support milestone and outcome payment requests.
Represents Goodwills mission and CARES values in all internal and external interactions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Office365/SharePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social services and community agency practices
Ability to build and maintain employer and community partnerships.
Ability to:
o Work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities
o Travel locally and work flexible hours as needed
o Work independently with strong time management skills
o Maintain confidentiality
o Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Have a working knowledge of ADA regulations
